Building your base is super easy and from there, everything is customizable to fit your taste. You can prep ahead and even make it the night before for overnight oats.


– Oatmeal – Greek yogurt – Cranberries & chia seeds – Toppings: granola, peanut    butter, sunflower seeds, berries,    mangos, strawberries, etc. - Cinnamon & sweetener


In a medium bowl, add the oats, cranberries, chia seeds water, sweetener, & cinnamon. Microwave for 5 min.


Remove from microwave and let it cool for about two minutes. Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.


Taste and add more sweetener according to taste.

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
